Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter — the "Consent"), by submitting my data on the website quiz-oman.om.estate (including all subdomains) (hereinafter — the "Site"), and by performing other actions that constitute consent to the processing of Personal Data as set out in the Personal Data and Cookie Processing Policy published by the Operator on the Site at quiz-oman.om.estate/cookie (hereinafter — the "Policy"), I, the Personal Data Subject,

give specific, informed, conscious and unequivocal consent to the processing of my Personal Data by Whitewill Real Estate SPC, License No. 1582266, address: Beach Commercial Complex, 2nd floor, Office 212, Way 3003 Shatti Al Qurum, Muscat, Oman, e-mail: oman@whitewill.ae (hereinafter — the "Operator"),

For the following purposes:

• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Communication with the Personal Data Subject regarding a callback request submitted on the Site, or providing a response via messenger (WhatsApp, Telegram and/or another messenger used by the Operator) in reply to a message sent by the Personal Data Subject in such messenger, in order to provide information of interest to the Personal Data Subject, including, but not limited to, information about the Operator's services and the conditions of their provision.
• Sending marketing materials and information by e-mail and/or SMS (until unsubscribed).
• Execution and regulation of contractual relations between the Personal Data Subject and the Operator.
• Actions permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation and necessary for the interaction of the Operator with the Personal Data Subject within the framework of their legal relations.
• Recording of information in the Operator's internal databases.
• Transfer of Personal Data to third parties in accordance with agreements concluded between the Operator and such parties, on the terms and conditions provided in the Policy.

• Name;
• Mobile phone number;
• Other categories of personal data if processed.

List of actions with Personal Data for which consent is given:

• The processing of the above Personal Data will be carried out by mixed (automated and non-automated) means.
• Including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of Personal Data.

Method of processing Personal Data

The processing of the above Personal Data will be carried out by mixed processing.

The Personal Data Subject does not establish conditions or prohibitions with respect to the categories and list of Personal Data to be processed, nor does he/she set conditions or prohibitions regarding their transfer.

The Personal Data Subject does not establish conditions under which the obtained Personal Data may be transferred by the Operator only through its internal network, ensuring access exclusively for designated employees, or via information and telecommunication networks, or without transfer of the obtained Personal Data.

This Consent to the Processing of Personal Data is valid from the moment it is provided to the Operator and for the period established by the Policy. It may be revoked at any time by submitting a written request to the Operator.

Personal Data shall be destroyed upon the occurrence of the following events: termination of the Operator's activities, liquidation of the Operator, reorganisation of the Operator, expiration of the retention period specified in the Policy.

I have carefully read this Consent and all provisions are clear and understandable to me. I confirm that this Consent is specific, informed, conscious and unequivocal. I have read the Policy adopted by the Operator. I confirm that I am fully familiar with the content of this Consent, have no objections and give consent to all actions with my Personal Data specified herein. I act consciously, of my own free will and in my own interests.
